How fast will I get my video or website?

What do I need to give you for a website?

Your business name, what you offer, the areas you serve, your phone and email, and your logo if you have one. If you already have a website, send the link and we'll build from it. We use placeholder photos where you don't have your own.

Who owns the website and domain?

You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and your site is yours. We'll walk you through the one-time step of pointing the domain to your new site.

What does the monthly care plan cover?

Hosting, your security certificate, up to two small edits a month (like a new phone number, hours or promo), and checks that your form and site stay working. It's optional, and you can cancel anytime.

What video formats do I get, and where do I use them?

Do I own the video?

Yes, once you have approved the work. You can then use the video on your website and social channels. We use licensed music and tools that allow commercial use.

What if I don't like it?

Your video comes watermarked and your website arrives as a private preview, so you can review everything before you approve. Every order includes changes. If you're still not happy, ask for a full refund before you approve. Once you approve, we release your clean files or launch your site, and the sale is final. If you don't respond to your delivered work for 7 days, it counts as approved.
