What we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, website link, logo and brand files, and any description you send. Payments are handled by our payment processor (for example Stripe), and we do not see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to create and deliver your video or website, host your site if you have a care plan, communicate with you about your order, process payment, and improve our service. If we use AI tools to produce your video or website, the content you provide may be processed by those tools to generate the work.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (payment processing, form handling, email, hosting, production tools), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
We may send you order-related messages. If we send marketing email, each message will include an unsubscribe link and our mailing address, and we will honor opt-outs promptly.
Retention
We keep order files for a reasonable period so we can support revisions and re-delivery, then delete them on request or when no longer needed.
